A message from Billy and Betty Capps:

Dear Fellow Laborers,

There is no way that we can adequately express our gratitude to the Lord and to each of you for your faithfulness to pray for the Lenca and to those who have been part of one of the volunteer teams this year, including those who supported the teams in many ways.

God is blessing your efforts, and it is so exciting to see first hand what He is doing.

We have no doubt that all that is happening is resulting from the foundation of your prayers.  We have no doubt that the fact that we are still here and in good health is also a result of your faithful prayers for us.

It is hard at times for these "old folks" to be out of our element so to speak, but we never forget what a privilege and honor it is to be allowed to serve our Lord here.  We are grateful that He is able to use even us as He reaches down to gather the Lenca to Himself. We know that any discomfort is also used by Him daily to fulfill His purpose for us to conform us to the image of His Son, Jesus Christ.

We want to express our gratitude for Patty and Max.  We needed a prayer team coordinator in the worst way,  and God supplied above all of our expectations.  She has done a tremendous job, and we are so blessed by all of her efforts.  Max has created and maintains our Web site for which we are extremely grateful.  We would never have had this particular avenue or opportunity to tell people about the Lenca and our ministry if he had not been willing to give so generously of himself and his time.

Again, all of this seems insufficient to really tell you how much you mean to us.  May God help you to understand and may He continue to bless each of you richly as we each do our part in His great plan.

With much love and gratitude,
Billy & Betty
